Because of our small class sizes and personalized approach, we are intentional about the students we admit. This ensures that every child who joins Baybridge is supported to thrive — academically, socially, and emotionally.

Class Sizes and Support

As a boutique school, we maintain a low student to teacher ratio, with lead teachers supported by at least 2 assistant teachers.

This allows teachers to:

  • Track progress closely
  • Provide timely academic and pastoral support
  • Adapt teaching to meet individual needs

Transitioning to Baybridge

We welcome families joining Baybridge from a range of educational backgrounds, both local and international.

For students transitioning from other schools or curricula, we provide careful academic and pastoral support, helping them settle confidently into our routines, expectations, and learning approach. Indeed, our bespoke intervention programmes have ensured many students are brought up to speed with their Baybridge peers and beyond!

Following the visit and assessment, we review suitability and available placement options. Where Baybridge is the right fit, we proceed with enrolment and next steps.
