Choosing the right school is an important decision.
At Baybridge, we understand that parents are not simply choosing a curriculum — they are choosing a learning environment, a set of values, and a community they trust to guide their child’s growth.
Our admissions process is designed to be thoughtful, transparent, and supportive, allowing families to understand whether Baybridge is the right fit for their child, and allowing us to ensure we can meet each child’s needs well.
Who Baybridge is For
Baybridge is a boutique school that values strong foundations, high expectations, and close relationships.
We are well suited to families who:
Value academic rigour alongside character development
Appreciate structure, consistency, and clear expectations
Want their child to be known, supported, and challenged
Are seeking continuity from early years through to secondary education
Because of our small class sizes and personalized approach, we are intentional about the students we admit. This ensures that every child who joins Baybridge is supported to thrive — academically, socially, and emotionally.
Class Sizes and Support
As a boutique school, we maintain a low student to teacher ratio, with lead teachers supported by at least 2 assistant teachers.
This allows teachers to:
Know each student well
Track progress closely
Provide timely academic and pastoral support
Adapt teaching to meet individual needs
Parents value the reassurance that their child will not be overlooked or lost in the system.
Transitioning to Baybridge
We welcome families joining Baybridge from a range of educational backgrounds, both local and international.
For students transitioning from other schools or curricula, we provide careful academic and pastoral support, helping them settle confidently into our routines, expectations, and learning approach. Indeed, our bespoke intervention programmes have ensured many students are brought up to speed with their Baybridge peers and beyond!
A Partnership with Families
Baybridge works best when there is a shared understanding between school and home.
We value open communication with parents and believe that education is most successful when families and teachers work together, guided by mutual respect and high expectations.
