Message from Our Founder
Welcome to Baybridge International School
Baybridge International School began in 2006 as a small learning space called Reader Rabbits, founded on a simple belief: Foundations Matter. What started in the garden of our family home has grown steadily through the trust and partnership of families who shared this vision.
At Baybridge, we believe that when children are guided with care, discipline, and mutual respect, they rise. Our community has shaped the school’s journey, allowing us to grow thoughtfully and intentionally while staying true to our values.
In September 2026, Baybridge will open its first Year 10 class and begin the IGCSE programme—an important milestone built on years of consistency, planning, and commitment.
Our school is defined by a strong work ethic and a deep respect for children. We hold high expectations because we believe in their potential. Our teachers know their students well, challenge them with purpose, and support them with integrity. As a result, our learners grow academically, personally, and socially, embodying the values of Character, Compassion, and Commitment.
Baybridge remains a close‑knit community where relationships matter. We are proud of how far we have come and grateful to the families, staff, and students who continue to shape our story.

Our Belief
